Our Full Service Program
Our most popular service. We handle all aspects of managing your rental property. We find you quality tenants. We write up and process all the necessary contracts and paperwork. We handle any maintenance issues that may arise; we hire from our long list of proven vendors then oversee all work to ensure everything is completed properly. We collect rent, pay bills and then deposit your funds directly into your account. We oversee the moving out procedure and refunding of deposits. Then we do it all over again for your next tenants.
Our Tenant Acquisition Program
Many of our clients want to manage their own properties, but have learned through experience how hard it can be to find quality tenants. We utilize our vast resources to ensure that your property is seen by as many potential tenants as possible. We then compile a list of possible tenants and determine who is the best fit for your property. We complete all necessary background and credit checks. We then complete all necessary paperwork, collect first month rent and deposit, and deliver possession to the new tenants. We then hand over all the paperwork to the owner.
